Every harvest has its own signature profile—from delicate floral high notes and silky textures to deep, honeyed finishes. As tea sommeliers, we evaluate each batch at the source in Nantou and Chiayi, selecting lots with distinctive character, clean aroma, and exceptional balance. We do not blend with third-party leaves, repackage unknown stock, or compromise on provenance.

Our collection focuses on premium Taiwanese loose-leaf varieties:
- High Mountain Oolong (Gaoshan):Grown in high-altitude terroirs across Nantou and Chiayi for a crisp, floral cup with a sweet, lingering finish.

Signature Taiwan-Bred Cultivars:Bred by Taiwan’s Tea Research and Extension Station (TRES), our offerings—including the naturally milky Jin Xuan (TTES No. 12) and aromatic Cui Yu (TTES No. 13)—are crafted without artificial additives to showcase the purest expression of Taiwanese terroir and agricultural craft.
